What a wonderful experience we have had with Space Chasers. They transformed our tired 1970's beach house into a wonderful tranquil, airy and functional refuge by the Bay. The design creativity Paula and the team brought to our project has delivered an outcome we couldn't even have dreamed of as it was such a dramatic result. The creation of an open plan upstairs kitchen and living area enables us to capture previously unseen water views and the huge new window openings have created a light and bright living space. The pivot opening window allows the North Easterly breeze to cool the house on warm Summer afternoons and the cafe bar is a great place for us to sip our coffee or use our laptops if we must! The creation of an adult/master ensuite room upstairs from a previously unused part of the balcony is a fabulous addition to the house. Externally the remodelling of the roof lines on both the house and the double garage return the return of the traditional skillion style has been a master stroke, as has been the construction of the wide external hard wood staircase up to the front door, both these key features have created a beautiful street presence. The Space Chasers team dealt with our project from go to wow, the concepts were remarkable, the approvals seamless and the liaison and project management of the builder was extremely professional.”

Paula and the team delivered an excellent outcome of our office fit out in keeping with our corporate ideals fulfilling the brief in a manner that was consistent with our objectives. It was essential that our team could continue operating whilst the upgrade was undertaken therefore precise planning and project execution were required to ensure the work could be undertaken outside offices hours and in a manner to enabled the staff continuity of activity. The site has its challenges notably being in a high-rise office block with an unusual configuration, the resultant project represents a high functioning, energetic and creative space where our staff can focus and deliver for our clients.
