Alterations

This 1950s red brick home has amazing views over Middle Harbour but the house wasn’t making the most of them. To solve this, we reconfigured the floor plan, moving the kitchen to the rear and opening it up to both the living area next door and the adjacent deck. We also added a new bathroom and media room. A fresh contemporary look was chosen for the new kitchen and bathroom with marble and pale timbers taking centre stage. An upholstered banquette seat with storage underneath next to the kitchen also provides another place to sit and soak up the views.
