Alterations and Additions

Our journey with this Grand Victorian home commenced with the removal of an outdated addition, creating space for a spacious, contemporary living, dining, and kitchen area. The heart of this space is a jaw-dropping entertainer's kitchen, which seamlessly connects to the outdoors through custom bespoke steel windows and doors. These architectural marvels not only flood the interior with natural light but also establish a unique connection to the expansive outdoor entertaining . To enhance the views of the city and Harbour Bridge, we designed an oversized custom steel window seat. This cozy nook not only serves as a prime vantage point but also adds a touch of luxury to the dining space.

Elegance and sophistication are the hallmarks of this design, the new addition was clad with sandstone and with the use of marble in the kitchen and butler's pantry, steel windows along with natural stone flooring, ensuring a seamless transition from the original part of the home, creating a timeless and refined atmosphere.
