Alterations and Additions

Our client’s desire for a large entertainer’s kitchen with direct access to an adjacent deck were realised by reconfiguring the downstairs space of this federation home. After demolishing the run-down add-ons, we relocated the kitchen to a previously unused living room which was extended out towards the deck area. Full height cavity stacking doors were added to create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow while the new Shaker-style cabinetry and marble benchtops complement the classic features of the rest of the house. Other alterations included the relocation of the laundry, direct access to the pool and a new downstairs bathroom.
